We supply a full range of spare parts for all equipment we sell, operating under a “no obsolescence” policy for all in-house manufactured items. If we manufactured it in the past, we will continue to manufacture it in the future.
For parts utilised in current new build and recondition programmes, we hold minimum safety stocks, meaning that often these parts are available off the shelf.
For equipment that utilises third-party components, we offer an obsolescence management programme, presenting the same “form, fit and function” where possible. If not we will support any engineering change via our formalised engineering change process for parts that do not have a direct equivalent replacement.
